Information for passport holders of countries and territories entitled for visa exemption
From 7 December 2020, tourists holding a passport of countries and territories entitled for visa exemption are permitted to enter Thailand under tourist visa exemption scheme or visa exemption bilateral agreement
by applying for the Certificate of Entry (COE) at https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/

**Entering the Kingdom through land/sea border checkpoints under Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme is permitted only twice in a calendar year, except nationals of Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia and Singapore who may enter Thailand through such checkpoints more than twice in a calendar year.
***Travelers entering Thailand under the Tourist Visa Exemption Scheme or visa exemption bilateral agreement must possess (1) adequate cash of or equivalent to 20,000 Baht per person or 40,000 Baht per family (2) a passport with at least six-month validity and (3) a round trip ticket.
